Ashok Residence

This project is a complete transformation of an old residential building into a striking, modern home. The original structure, featuring a simple boxy form with minimal detailing, was outdated and weathered. Our renovation introduced a bold contemporary façade with exposed brick textures, vertical wooden slats, textured concrete finishes, and sleek metal framing. Modern lighting design, open balconies, and artistic wall patterns breathe new life into the building, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. This project showcases how innovative design can turn an aged house into a stylish urban residence.
